Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR)
Domestic Properties Only.
We provide Domestic Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) for houses and flats across Chelmsford and surrounding Essex areas.
An EICR assesses the safety and condition of your electrical installation, identifying any defects that could pose a risk and confirming compliance with BS 7671 (18th Edition Wiring Regulations).
Reports are supplied digitally and are suitable for homeowners, landlords, and letting agents.
Pricing
EICRs are priced from £150, which includes:
• The first distribution board
• Up to 5 circuits
Additional charges:
• £20 per additional circuit
• £50 per additional distribution board
All pricing is transparent and based on the size and complexity of the installation.

• This service is domestic only (houses and flats)
• Commercial and industrial properties are not currently undertaken
